i create some theme for drupal 6 websites with omega starterkit , after upgrade D6 to D7 how i can use olden omega theme in new version of drupal?
just install omega7 theme and copy css files is not enough.thank you for answering beforehand :)

you are likely better off rebuilding the subtheme as much has changed between D6 and D7.

i think better install omega d7 and copy old css files to new ersion of subtheme.but doubt that two version of omega theme use css files with same way.

I'm don't believe that copyingh the CSS file will work as expected as classes and ID's may have changed between D6 and D7 versions of the theme.
