Hello

I just enabled the contact module and enabled the menu as well, but it only shows up when I'm logged in. How can I make it show up to all users, loged in or out?

You have to set the access control (admin >> users) so that all roles can use it.

That is correct. You need to go to your Access Control option in the Administration Menu and check the anonymous user access.
