This is a clean minimalist real estate website built in Drupal 7 with a custom real estate and open house module. The modules themselves are free for download.

The real estate module will create a custom content type and utilize fields allowing you to create custom views using Views.

If there is enough interest and request, I will make a request to have the module uploaded to the repository and maintain the module from there.

Unfortunately it does not work at present because it requires gmap and gmap does not work on drupal 7.12 (as far as I can tell, I'd love to be told that I'm wrong of course)

Not sure where you're getting your information from but the current demo site is running on 7.12 and the map seems to be working.

Great job! The demo looks fantastic. That was what I wanted to have.
However, I just couldn't produce a similar site at my localhost.

2) The listing details are somehow not well formatted.
3) The Listing Map shows only the map without the right panel with the list of properties.
4) I could not display the recent listings as well as similar listings.

Any help would be appreciated.

That is a really nice demo, and a great way of presenting it.
This would be a good candidate for one of the new Drupal stand-alone distributions - it looks like it's a complete solution.

I LOVE THIS!!!

Can this be setup like the following;

- Drupal multisite: one installation of Drupal, yet users can create their own real estate website with their own Drupal login?
- Sharing properties: so all Drupal websites under the Drupal multisite can share their properties with all other users. So if one posts a property on Site A it will show on Site B?

Willing to compensate for this feature.

Would it be possible to get access to your Drupal 7 Real Estate Module? As I am sure you seen from previous posts your demo is not accessible and I would love to see how these modules work. I have played around with Joomla components and modules for real estate but I am not too impressed.

Looks absolutely great. I've downloaded it and came quite far.

I just can't figure out why the carousel isn't working on a property page. It just shows the uploaded pictures under each other.

I'll try to fix it, but if anyone knows whats the problem, let me know ^^

you just need to turn off debug mode in your drupal installation.

I've just installed the same module and ran into the same issue. Turning off the "debug mode" is not a solution for this. You should patch the code in openhouse.module, line 233:

    $options = array(); // add this line
    foreach($result as $node) {
      $options[$node->nid] = theme('rlisting_format_price', array('price' => $node->rlisting_price_value)) . ' - ' . $node->street . ' - ' . $node->city;

This is really misleading... the module isn't even available or even free anymore. There is a link provided as of July, but it just takes you to a sales page.. What gives?? This is really bad and misleading advertising to the community.

Does anyone know if there is a way to add in a new field under Structure/Content Types/Listing/Manage Fields and get it to appear under one of the tabs where you enter a new listing. (Content/Add Content/Listing)

You should be able to use the other already create fields as an example. Check out the .theme.inc and the tpl file.

Great use of jQuery UI, such as on the tabs. Such a slick effect.
