I installed Drupal on Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS with ddev. After install I got a browser window with the site to begin building my site. I shut down without starting the site build. Now, when I boot up and run 'ddev launch' it seems to be loading and then I got this error message:

[21635:21642:0814/114927.835385:ERROR:net/socket/ssl_client_socket_impl.cc:964] handshake failed; returned -1, SSL error code 1, net_error -202 followed by : :[21588:21621:0815/115231.077199:ERROR:google_apis/gcm/engine/registration_request.cc:291] Registration response error message: DEPRECATED_ENDPOINT
After researching online, I did the following: my-drupal-site$ ddev drush cr
 [success] Cache rebuild complete.

Then I got :  $ Created TensorFlow Lite XNNPACK delegate for CPU.

Now it takes me to a page to log in, but when I try to log in it says my username or password are wrong, but I can log into the Drupal site with those credentials. I also do not remember setting a username or password specifically for Drupal running on this machine. When I try to reset the password, I do not get an email, and I have checked all emails and spam folders. 

Anyone have any idea what I did?

You likely want 'ddev start'. Try that and see if it helps.
