I have a client that wants his welcome video(youtube) to be a popup that is one time per visit. I have the video added as well as a webform that he wants below the video. I used Mini panels to create the layout he is looking for. I am stumped on how to create a lightbox or thickbox popup that looks for a cookie.
I tried the splash and popups modules with no luck. Any ideas or help would greatly be appreciated.
