Problem/Motivation

We are trying to create a 'Section' component that only has a one column layout.

The one column layout is displayed by default and must be checked.

Steps to reproduce

Create a paragraph with only one layout

Proposed resolution

Hide 'Layout' tab when there is only one available layout for a component

Components with only one layout will no longer display the layout tab,
