I and my team are going through a very tough time at this moment.
For one of our clients, we have created a custom block and placed in in the region. It does display as expected, however after some time it gets hidden and region shows as None.
We have checked logs but there isn't anything which is unusual there.
Has anyone come across this sort of issue before and got the solution to it already?
Appreciate if anyone can help me in this regard.
Thanks,
Prajwal

run cron.php and see if that is what is triggering the change. If not, my guess is that its most likely a human err.
Running cron doesn't work
Thank you for the reply.
We did try running the cron manually. It doesn't affect the block. But all of sudden it disappears.
Almost lost to this error now :(
