I would like to link content in a specific forum to an Aggregator Feed. This content could be a forum topic or comment, also I only want this to be available in a specific forum not every forum or content type. The author can select an Aggregator Feed Item from only some feeds and display e.g. the first paragraph of a feed item, on the node or comment. Can this be done using a module?

If you mean you want to provide certain content on your site as a feed, in addition to the default feeds drupal provides, you can use the views module.

Not exactly, basically i have aggregatored feeds from Sky News on my website, and I would like to allow forum topics and comments in any forum contained under the "Current News" container to have an item from any of the news aggregatored feeds dynamically linked to that post or comment. If that makes sense.
