Changes since 8.x-1.2:

Added Foundation collapse / uncollapse classes to row / layout_wrapper_attributes.

This release has resolved all outstanding Security Vulnerabilities for GovCMS

* [SA-CONTRIB-2019-052] Update uuid to 7.x-1.3 (from 7.x-1.1)

This release includes the necessary modules for two-factor authentication (2FA) - this has not been activated on any GovCMS sites yet, and more information will be provided by GovCMS in the near future on how to configure 2FA for your authenticated users.

In addition, the following modules have been updated in preparation for a PHP7.2 release:

* Update webform to 7.x-4.19 (from 7.x-4.16)

NOTE! This release changes the behavior of UsageProxyInterface::getUsageForPeriod(). The previous approach didn't work well for the Gauge usage type, so now we just record the usage history records and leave it to the caller to process them.
