8.x-2.0 Release Plan

My biggest goal for 1.1 is getting #2894273: Snapshot diffs completed so I'm just including that for now unless something else comes up.

Removing #2932532: Comparison Criteria for ScreenshotCaptureResponse as the work is actually happening in #2936373: Comparison Criteria for ScreenshotCaptureResponse - Before & After and #2936374: Comparison Criteria for ScreenshotCaptureResponse - Image Diff

Updating statuses

Adding #2940064: Introduce comparison utilities

Adding #2940351: Relocate CompareResponseCollection functionality to CaptureResponseBase

Adding #2935854: Route overlap

Adding #3009269: Auto-Complete Broken in Drupal 8.6+

So the docs are pretty much good to go, for now. I think we're ready to release. However, this is a big change. I'm thinking instead of 1.1 we go ahead and switch this to 2.0 instead just in case we may have introduced something that could break things.
