The first Alpha Release of PowerTagging.

The connection with the PoolParty Taxonomy manager taxonomies, the corpus management submodule and some recently added improvements of the v7 version are not yet implemented.

--> The D8 branch testphase is still going on.

- solving problem formatter view for multiple values
- replace filter() with filter_xss()
- solving problem views handler filter
- solving problem views handler field
- add email field component type

Initial beta release after some stabilization of the dev branch.
