New features

First release candidate. APIs and interface can now be considered stable. D8 version is now complete except there is not yet migration from D7.

1.增加了新的form element 中国区地址类型，支持弹性层次结束,例如台湾、澳门为三层和二层结构,使用方法如下所示
2.field 提供了多项输入的功能,不只是只能选一个地址输入,在输入过程中同时提供删除按钮
3.地址库编码采用国家统计局权威数据,保证编码的一致性,数据来源
4.扩展了field views的条件筛选,提供了省份选择筛选列表
