Updated to use all versions of Yahoo Pure.CSS (https://purecss.io/). It is possible to choose any of the following versions: v0.6.0, v0.6.1, v0.6.2, v1.0.0 (the latest). All versions of Pure.CSS are now served form unpkg CDN over https.

After the theme upgrade, go to theme's settings and choose the Yahoo Pure.CSS verison you want to use!
