New features

Starting the 2.x release branch. The purpose: multi-page selection.

API changes are minimal and most modules developed for 1.x branch will be unaffected:

* Store collapsibility info as a property on blocks instead of a single file full of IDs
* Use preprocess to prepare blocks for collapse behaviours when required
* Set JS to act only on properly preprocessed blocks and only if a title element exists

This should have the effect of supporting many more major themes out-of-the-box

Drupal 8 dev release.

Contains the gdpr_dump submodule which features a Drush 8 command for creating GDPR-compliant database dumps.

Use at your own risk.

Daily build against the 8.x-1.x branch.
