DS-4421 - New URL Embed icon in the WYSIWYG
We’ve replaced the default button from Embed in the WYSIWYG to provide a better understanding of this button for the user.

Adds support for URL shortening APIs that issue multidimensional JSON responses such as Bitly Oauth.

Contains a fix for the shorten_cs submodule which allows it be be used with the Bitly OAuth API and any other service which returns a shortened URL in a multidimensional json array.

In some edge cases this may not be 100% backwards compatible with your existing configuration for shorten 7.x-1.x:
