Rolls an updated version of user restrictions.

Key feature:

Manifests will now recover re-run migrations when running into memory conditions. This isn't fool proof though as they will continue to run indefinitely or until killed if memory is locked up in some way migrate can't deal.

clear cache and cache duration added to the interface

Important note: The CSS injection requires spatie/browsershot:3.26.0 or greater. So existing users will need to ensure they update to get the latest functionality.
