Initial release of the dvf module and accompanying ckan_connect module

Removed auto-installtion of the npm dependencies.
Added $callback and $timeout to runScript's args.

Changed login exclusion from permission to role that is selected in the settings. Defaults to administrator.

Login exclusion now works off a selected role in the settings instead of using permissions.
