New Webside

my first webside using drupal is online (www.icam.ch), because this is my first drupal-project it could be helpfull
if you have any comments!

I still have some open issues:
- how can I delete old version of nodes
- the header-picture from the floating part has not large enough for IE but in Firefox it is ok, why?
- simplenews, how can I limit so the advanced search does not display categories
- how the watchdog table can be cleared (cron?) from time to time?
