EventBrite[1] is a service that allows management of events.

EventBrite provides an open API [2] to integrate with their system , which provides many services [3] which are either non-trivial or perhaps impractical to do in Drupal.

Perhaps the Drupal module would be useful in the following use cases:

• You want to charge for an event, but don't want to use Calendar/Signup/RSVP/Date/payment/etc
• You want advanced features provided by Evenbrite
• You already use Eventbrite

This will be working on their website, and these 2 positions are immediate needs.

This fall, approximately 80,000 teachers in 48 states (for over 1 million students) will be using their technology.

We’re looking for significant experience with PHP, Drupal CMS (content management system), as well as wizardry in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
