Deprecated - Usability feedback

the block and page module frequently turn off of their own accord. almost daily.
http://www.shreemaa.org/drupal

I don't know why they turn off and no clues.

the only way I can turn it back on is to use index.php?q=admin/modules
to get to the modules page, and turn block and page back on.

anyone? ideas?
could this be a problem with the mysql drupal database?

Following the install instruction and when activating Img_assist the Link (Icon/Text) of this module overwrites the TinyMce activation button.

I only still want the user to decide, whether he is using plain text or HTML input.

Did I something wrong?

Side effect: If running img_assist, the module claims that my upload module is not active. But it is, of course active and I am able to attach files to my nodes.

I'm really unclear on how and what to change in order to use flexiblock for PHPtemplate. On the documentation page (http://www.webg8.com/h/node/55), it says to add Total control over layout of individual blocks within a region, make these changes to the code.

Where do I make these changes?

I am busy developing an online school but am still looking for the right script to use. Did look at Moodle and searched for some others, and Moodle looks great, ...but :) you have to get to know a whole new way of working.

And to be honest ...., I like drupal the best for my sites.

Did read up on the following post about sites for brick-and-mortar schools and a reference was made to e.g. Moodle.

Now, does anyone have any suggestions as how to setup an Online School using Drupal?

yesterday I read a blog on Jeff Eaton's website about having 3 entrances on drupal.org: for developers, what I'd call designers, and newcomers. sort of advanced, intermediate and beginner. Dries was down on the idea. However, it makes perfect sense and I've thought since the day I found Drupal we need this. it's so simple. put a link on the front page called "new to Drupal?" link to the top 100 most viewed handbook pages organized by topic, and we can get rid of 20% plus of the questions in the forum. and just now, I found typo3.org, who does this perfectly.

I am a webmaster for a Political Action Committee and have just completed my first install of the Drupal based Civicspace. The automated procedures made this a very straightforward process. It took more time getting my webhosting service to set things up than to complete the actual installation process.
