I don't mean to complain, but can we please take a step back and revisit the recent changes to drupal.org/project/modules with regard to how modules are presented?
My specific issues:
A) What is the point of using a dropdown category to list 4.7.x, 4.7.0-beta.x, 4.7.0-rc.x if everything gets lumped into 4.7.x anyway. Please drop the -beta.x and rc.x terms to avoid additional confusion, or move everything into 4.7.0-rc.x and drop 4.7.x (it hasn't been released, so no modules could possibly work in 4.7.x). Please drop the empty 4.7.0-beta.x term, unless you have some sadistic desire to compile what used to work with the beta versions.
B) Using a category dropdown to filter results, instead of the old links, has become a serious annoyance when browsing the modules page. Once you click to read more on a module, and you click back to return to the modules (list) page, you are presented with the following notification (Firefox example):
The page you are trying to view contains POSTDATA that has expired from cache. If you resend the data, any action the form carried out (such as a search or online purchase) will be repeated. To resend the data, click OK. Otherwise, click Cancel.
Not only do you have to deal with clicking OK, you lose the position in the page. Considering the length of the module page, it is highly annoying to scroll back down manually.
