I need scheduled functionality for node or for field - debending how to implement this.

I have event which includes programs. Different events has different number of programs. Usually 1-12 programs in one event. Every program has different time to publish - usually every 4 weeks new program should be published.

What I need is that I can create whole event with multiple number of programs at once. And when setting first program publish date the second program date should automaticly be +4 weeks from the first. And third should be automaticly +4 weeks from second one and so on. There also should be change to manually (from UI) change weeks for example +5 or +6 weeks instead of 4.
And there should be change to set unpublish date for whole event - or to all programs.

Published programs are files uploaded from server - example pdf or doc.

It would be also very handy if I can set content access for single user when creating this event node (grant view access to selected username).

This can be done by scheduling multiple nodes or just scheduling multiple fields in one node. There is already this module: http://drupal.org/project/fieldscheduler - but it schedules whole content type field - not just one node field. So there is no schedule settings when creating node.

I am coming from many years of Joomla and virtuemart 1.
I gave drupal commerce a test run and its amazing, so much better than virtuemart and joomla.
however its very different and I dont have the time to make a nice theme to what i need.
the basic theme is not for me.
I need a nice theme for our products only (so when you see all products on the left i dont need all those filter options for brand, price, size, condition etc..) its always the same. they are all herbal supplements.
i also need a theme where i have TABS for text for each product and that each product i will write the text that i need. for example:
i am trying to pull information from my products display, as follows: each product should should have their own write up as the description of the product (tab 1), then each product should have their own write up for the suggested usage (tab 2), then a third tab which will have other write up.
so its not product variation but product write up per each product its own write up.
so i need to connect those tabs (maybe using quicktabs) to the products display, and that by each product (admin side) i would have the area to write up the text for each 3 tabs? (if i have more than 3 tabs automatically 4 text areas should appear etc...)
