Paid Drupal services

I'm running Aegir which is managing several Open Atrium sites. Users cannot change their own username within Open Atrium sites. With permissions I've checked "change own username" for the master Aegir site, as well as the Open Atrium sites. For testing, I enabled every role to "change own username".

We are looking for a Drupal 7 developer with experience in migrating a Drupal 7 site from LAMP to Windows Server + IIS + MS SQL.

Experience: 1-2 years of Drupal Experience.

Skills: Should be able to develop the complete Drupal Website, should have worked on client projects before, good knowledge of Drupal Module Development will be much appreciated. CSS skills though not mandatory but will be added advantage.

So I am building two sites and I came across something I needed to do but don't know how.

I want to have one view block on multiple pages (so I'm not cluttered with millions of views) and i want the view to display content that has the same Taxonomy term as the basic page that the view block is being displayed on.

My site is a tutorial video site. there are many different categories and sub categories.

I'm using Profile2 to allow users to create profiles.

Users can "Like" each other's profiles using Flags.

I would like to create a view for a logged in user that shows the profiles of users she has Liked who have also Liked her profile (aka 'matches').
