This site is for a D7 site that's mostly built. It's a small nonprofit group that does workshops and uses the commerce module for registrations. The site has landed on my lap, and I don't have the experience or time for this part.

They want each individual user to be able to change the status of any of their own completed orders. They just want people to be able to change the status of a workshop they have already registered for to cancelled if they're not going to show up. Seems simple enough?

We are currently looking for a website developer to migrate our website from Drupal 6.22 to version 7.22. When trying to update the core files to version 7.22 it will not let us enable the template because it is not compatible. The company that developed the website for us is no longer in business.
