Paid Drupal services

I need a Drupal consultant that can help me get up to speed on some new products, give me a reality check on my goals and create some custom forms. Some integration with other services will be needed as well.

I have a custom CMS and small network of sites that have been paying my bills for the past 5 years but the time I’m focusing on Drupal is taking away from other work that I should be doing. I can “adjust” PHP code as I’m constantly tweaking my custom CMS but I’ve never written anything from scratch.

I'm currently creating a very events-driven website, and I'm wondering how much it'd cost/how much time it'd take to extend the event repeat module.

At the moment it only allows simple event repeating, i.e. every monday, or every 2 weeks. I'm looking to extend it to cover things like 3rd fri of every month, last mon of every month, etc
