Paid Drupal services

I'm working on building a Video Sharing Website.
I've tried getting my head around drupal's various modules and access options, and I've come to the conclusion that I should get someone with experience involved to build the site and I can concentrate on the rest of the project.

The Requirements at a high level are:

1. Most videos will be hidden from the public and only available to logged on users.
There may be a small gallery of public videus.

I am working on a project and need a Drupal developer. The site will be used for landlords to posts properties available for rent and for tenants to view and contanct the landlord. I'm interested in a Drupal hosted site. The site is for a published author who has lots of newspapers, books, pictures, etc.

Using Drupal's taxonomy or other content organization modules (i.e. Category), I'd like to put this author's writings online. Drupal is being considered because we would like to create several navigational menus to get to the same content.

*NOTE: This request was posted a couple of months back - however, it never worked out with the developers that contacted us the first time. Also, we've changed the requirements slightly and our traffic is up greatly.

I'm looking for someone who can fit a design (theme) onto a Drupal site.

On the site www.irc2.com the design is badly implemented by lack of knowledge of the theming of Drupal. The design template is made in XHTML and CSS with three clearly marked blocks for content and a block for navigation. I would like to have that template converted to a theme for Drupal.
