Paid Drupal services

Hi,

I work as a freelance web developer and designer and often get asked to provide content management-based websites for business clients. At this moment in time, I am completely maxxed out with work and would be interested in talking to any other Drupal developer who would be interested in working with me on the following basis:

1) You would have one or more of the following skills:
- customising Drupal modules or module development
- strong PHP and/or Javascript skills
- strong themeing skills (Flash skills would also be a distinct advantage)
- good knowledge of CSS

2) Our relationship would be business-to-business - I'm not seeking to employ anybody but am looking for freelancers or part-time developers

3) You must have a good command of the English language. Sorry, I am not multi-lingual and I find it difficult working with poor translations into English

4) Be prepared to work at developing the relationship - we would be working together on the sites I have been commissioned to construct - and I believe it will take a while for us to establish where each of us are strongest and therefore the best, fastest and most effective way for us to develop our clients websites in a way that works best for them

5) Be willing to do excellent work for good money. If your prices are too high, I won't use you, but if your prices are too low, I will tell you. Why? Because I want one or two developers that I can work with regularly over the next few years who I feel I can trust

I'm working on building a Video Sharing Website.
I've tried getting my head around drupal's various modules and access options, and I've come to the conclusion that I should get someone with experience involved to build the site and I can concentrate on the rest of the project.

The Requirements at a high level are:

1. Most videos will be hidden from the public and only available to logged on users.
There may be a small gallery of public videus.

I am working on a project and need a Drupal developer. The site will be used for landlords to posts properties available for rent and for tenants to view and contanct the landlord. It will involve the use of the gmap module among others. I have put 2 PDF files at homelease.com/reqs that contain detailed requirements, a site map, and some of the suggested page layouts. How long would it take and cost to grab all information and downloadable documents from a custom CMS www.worksafereps.org.nz to a new Drupal site - mainting the look of the current site?

I'm interested in a Drupal hosted site. The site is for a published author who has lots of newspapers, books, pictures, etc.

Using Drupal's taxonomy or other content organization modules (i.e. Category), I'd like to put this author's writings online. Drupal is being considered because we would like to create several navigational menus to get to the same content.
