Need Drupal Developer To Help With Project

Hello There,

I have been working with Drupal for a couple of weeks now and the site I am developing is pretty much "ready to go". There are a few things that need some tweaking and I am looking for assistance so that I can begin concentrating 100% on content development. I am not a designer nor developer by any stretch.
These "tweaks" include:

1) Enabling my Server on Powweb.com to accept Clean URL's , which it currently does not, but which I have been assured by Powweb.com, can. I have a copy of the communication with them outlining the steps that need to be taken.

Installation, Customization & Design Needed

Hello,

I am looking to set up two personal sites and one site for my company. I am looking for an individual or team that can act as my Drupal go-to source and:

1) Can work on both a project basis for larger scope projects and on an ad-hoc basis for smaller needs
2) Has both back-end and front end expertise. I want the sites to work great and look great.
3) Has an eye for good user experience
4) Is very knowledgable on security
5) Has been involved with Drupal for a minimum of two years

More details to follow.

Thanks!

help with massmailer, mailhandler, listhandler

Looking for someone with experience in using these modules with Civicspace 0.8.5 (Drupal 4.6), to get them functional on one shared-hosting site. I know it's been done, but so far I've been unable to accomplish it. E.g., massmailer does everything but send messages; mailhandler retrieves posts, but they're blank. Please reply by email.

Thx,
D. Lynn
