I am looking for someone who can fix my current drupal installation. All themes, modules, and content is there, but it doesn't want to load for some reason. Cleaning cache tables doesn't work. I am stuck and I don't know what to do. I am willing to give the person with the solution $60, if that is reasonable enough. The website is www.lolitasnap.com Perhaps the name scares you, but let my reassure you that this has nothing to do with children. I can also give someone access to my ftp and database to try to figure it out.

I need the following enhancements for Drupal 4.7 for a site open to the public:

Modifications for Userpoints module:

1. Users get points whenever someone votes for their comments (or page), the number of points to be decided by the admin. For eg: a user (the author of the comment or page) gets a point whenever he gets an up vote for his comment/page (with the
up/down vote module), and a negative point whenever he gets a down vote.

2. Fractional points for different actions.

Modifications for the Up/down votes module

I am looking for someone to set up a similar version of a joomla created website using drupal. The primary reason for this is to use a cms that incorporates tags.

Looking for a Drupal programmer with multi-lingual site experience.
More specifically building a Portuguese and English site.
