Paid Drupal services

We're in Missouri, and are looking for a Drupal development group to help us with some projects. I don't have the skill nor the time to do this myself. So I need to find a company to work with and accomplish some goals.

Let me state what would be ideal at this point... As a Drupal development company you've built modules - specifically modules that support multiple offices. First, you've built an invoicing/billing application that can be extended. Even more ideal is if you've written a helpdesk ticketing system to work with the billing module. Then, let's get really crazy... Maybe you've got a parts inventory module that supports serial numbered inventory. A PO module and a sales order module would round out the whole package. (yes, we're a VAR).

OK. Back to earth. Missouri, specifically.

First, we're moving our Intranet to Drupal - that work is in progress (not progressing swiftly, so this may get farmed out, too). Part of our Intranet is a database project - a ticketing system to be exact. This includes customer lookup, opening a ticket, ticket tracking and monitoring, ticket assignment/ownership, short term vs long term tickets, reporting, and various setups to support the overall.

We're looking for other Drupal developers in the Louisville, KY area to hop on board Ubercart and other projects. Specifically, we're interested in module developers. We also want to find someone local, because we just like to see each others' smiling faces in the morning. - detail oriented, actually reads my readMe.doc doc's
- overly communicative
- able to accurately scope time and cost of programming
- able to hit deadlines
- a proactive bug finder and fixer
- a suggestor of better ways of doing things
- able to slice and dice standards-compliant, browser compliant css/xhtml templates
- able to create custom modules for drupal
- able to commit to a long-term working relationship with a designer
- preferably on the US east coast

I have a project that I need help with immediately. www.webdesigntipster.com was originally thought best to develop in wordpress b/c of the blogging component. However, it has been suggested to me that drupal would be better for long-term scalability and management. It shouldn't even be online right now, but the developer who was working on it has gone awol and hence the urgency to get it fixed.

I need somebody who is great with drupal 4.7.3 to code my website for me. (temp location at www.frontierbs.com.au/drupal-4.7.3)

what i need:

In terms of site admin + security:

3 user types: anonymous (not logged in), teacher, student, community, admin

teacher: can post 'articles', 'events' in the events calender, comments, upload photos and files, and post on the forum
student: can only post in the forum
community: can only post in the forum
anonymous: can only look at the site

People can sign up themselves, but can only choose between being a community member, or student. must type what school they are from, if student.

admins can only sign up new teachers - and must select what school they are from from a list of 9 schools in the area during the sign up process

teachers have the option when posting articles to make it 'private' - private being only other logged-on teachers can see it.

In terms of site structure:

'articles' have a teaser on the main page. nothing else has a teaser on the main page (eg: when posting events, forum posts etc..)

there will be 5 primary links, some with secondary links that 'drop down'.
