We are looking for a talented, seasoned Drupal developer to aid us in continuing development of a site that has a number of challenging design concepts. Along with a working knowledge of Drupal Core, as well as a few key modules (Views, Category, CCK), we are also looking for help in theming our site - from the overall look and feel to graphical widgets.
In a nutshell, our site is an interesting blend of social networking and knowledge collaboration. We are hoping to leverage these two concepts into a unique whole, while keeping both separately robust and compelling.
I'm trying to move to Drupal from Postnuke and I've gone through two people already. The first person seemed very good and I don't know what happened - we've lost contact and I haven't heard from him since. The second just didn't understand Drupal enough to complete the job.
I have a non-profit, small audience web site with around 600 articles and 700 users. I want to move is users, articles, comments, and polls/poll comments. Just essential data.
I'm currently trying to build two websites and learn drupal at the same time, so I'm looking to hire someone to build my second site while I work on the first. It's basically a video sharing site that will host embedded videos. Email me for more details: funkyreuben@gmail.com
I'm working on a human rights project that aims to serve the information and collaboration needs of human rights practitioners. I had previously inquired as to whether Drupal was an appropriate platform, and after a number of helpful responses and much research I am certain it is.
