We are recent converts to the drupal way. A small, growing, innovative web development company in Center City, Philadelphia, we work primarily for nonprofit organizations with both a regional and national scope. After years of delivering custom PHP development, we are transitioning to using drupal as our primary development tool and are looking for programmers/drupal developers to help with multiple projects. Our sites are highly complex and customized, so you need to be able to hack the hell out of an install but still deliver a stable product.

I have posted the same issue here http://drupal.org/node/137521 a while ago, but since there has no answer added to that thread, I would like to ask Drupal developers about what would be pricing for developing a module that

would allow to upload two or more user pictures per user? Good example of this feature would be Livejournal's accounts, where users can upload several avatars and choose any of them during submitting posts and comments.

Hi, I've tried the rest of the forums but no joy and I'm running out of time with this so..

I'm trying to make a custom search page where there is a defined list of keywords that can be choosen to then perform a text search of the site.

I'm using trip_search module, and have been trying to create a form that will combine values to be post to the module.

We are having problems with our drupal powered website. It keeps crashing, despite only about 50 simultaneous users, even with me throttling many of the modules and blocks. It's using a sick amount of our server resources and we are about to launch a 2nd site powered by drupal, which will be even busier than the first. If I can't get this under control, then I'm going to have to switch to a different system, which I don't want to do, because I really love drupal.
