Paid Drupal services

I'm not 100% sure of our current drupal version.

We have an existing drupal site that's giving us some problems, specifically Fileshare won't let us upload PDF files - keep getting the following type of message

"The selected file /tmp/tmp_V6SVfT could not be copied, because a file by that name already exists in the destination"

I can't find the file in the tmp directory.

We have a Virtual Private Server, and full server access, and great support at our hosting company - Liquidweb.

Looking for someone who can implement the Constant Contact API into my Drupal site so when a user registers on our Drupal-based news site and the user "opts in" to receive email alerts (multiple options available), the API communicates with Constant Contact to set up the user in the CC engine. Same goes for removal as well. Any help and/or feedback is greatly appreciated.

I need a simple module written that will connect my e-commerce site to a USA ePay account. Any takers?

I am currently looking for individuals to provide paid work quotes or for volunteers to work on a developing a custom gallery feature for a Drupal based website for my local non profit photographic Society. Applicants will need to know php and have experience developing custom modules which combine with the views module for Drupal. Any work done will be made freely available to the community under open source license whether this is as a code snippet, module or module extension
The clubs funds are quite limited and we would not be able to afford to pay much so this would suit an enthusiastic Drupal hacker who would like the challenge, to give something useful to the community and for whom any payment would be a side bonus. We are in no great hurry so this project could be completed in your spare time.
Since standard rates for coding of this sort are unknown to me please feel free to give me some indication of industry standard rates along with an indication of any renumeration you might expect.
