Paid Drupal services

I am looking for drupal developer(s) in the Philadelphia area to develop a website for a startup company I am currently working on. Any developers in the area who are interested please contact me.

Basically, what I want to do is have a free (non-profit) tech support community that sustains itself (eventually) via google adsense or other forms of income.

I am a developer myself but have limited experience with CSS and drupal and I would like to accelerate my learning curve.

I have developed the CSS needed for the site and it works via plain html, but when I try to integrate it within a drupal template, things start to go wrong. You can see what happens in firefox and there are some errors in IE.

In IE: Top header displays properly except the slogan gets cut off. When you go to administration>blocks. the Right block is on the bottom of the page and not at the right.

In Firefox: mostly everything is messed up at the header but the content blocks display properly.

You may view the site at liveguru.org. The idea is to have a live expert there all the time in order to help with any problems that you may have. I want to setup a "guru zones" forum (which I already activated but dont know how to forward yet), a wiki for the knowledgebase, and a nice chatroom (only one for now and then multiple categoried chat room.

I need a quick consultant to help me get my drop down menus going right. Soemthing is wrong with Nice Menus in drop down, as you'll see on my page, you can't click on the dropped link (in IE at least)

Also I need some help printing a cck field where I want it on my theme. I think it's probably pretty simple, but I can't figure it out.

I have added a cck field called "sidebar" to page.

In my theme page.tpl.php I've created a table, and I want the body of the page to print in the left column, and sidebar to print in the right column.

We need webform embedded into CCK nodes. There is a unique form for each unique node type.

But we need select values of that node to populate the webform AND we need that web form to go to the author of that node.

You must document your solution so we may repeat within our project.
