Paid Drupal services

What I need:
PayPal and Ecommerce to work on my Drupal site so that when a client subscribes they are automatically taken to the PayPal site. After they have paid I need PayPal to automatically set up a user name and password on the Drupal site and which point they can login to access the "exclusive" content and features.

I need this done a week ago but no longer have the time to deal with it as I have other clients waiting.

I guessing that for someone that knows these modules or has done this before it wouldn't take very long.

The subscription module has recently been rewritten and now has a plug-in architecture. We would like to sponsor the development of a plug-in to handle subscriptions to notifications from the organic groups module. The relevant issues are http://drupal.org/node/197658 and http://drupal.org/node/212248. Our financial means are very limited, so this is only of interest to people who are mostly motivated by their love of drupal.

I need a drupal programmer that is pretty advanced in php. I have a network of 18 sites that will run from 1 main site but the multidomain does not suit my needs. The location module is similar to my needs but i cannot seem to get the view filter to filter out only certain zipcodes. Please contact me and we can negotiate payment.
