Paid Drupal services

I am looking for someone that can create a three-tier CSS drop-down menu. This is not drupal related, but I use drupal for my personal projects and wanted to give back to the drupal community.

The project is converting the current Flash top navigation drop-down we have on http://www.line6.com to CSS. We would like to keep the same look. Please email me some samples, your rate and if you would be available to start on this project this week with a due date of March 5th.

Like one of the other posters here, I'll charge $50 for the basic drupal installation.

I am looking to expand on the Project Management. I would like to work with a Developer or Team getting this project done in 4 weeks.

Having tried for weeks without success, I am in need of some assistance in completing a website. Written below are the modifications that are required. What I would prefer is to have customized modules that I would be able to install. This way the modules can be contributed to the drupal.org website and shared with everyone.

Once I find someone/group to work on this project and a price has been agreed upon, I can set up an escrow account or something like that if needed.

Modifications Needed for Drupal 5.7

1. A simple voting system should be implemented in order for guests/members to vote on individual images

2. An image annotation (like Flickr) ability that allows members to annotate their uploaded images
a. A 4.x Drupal module called Image Notes does this but must be modified to work on 5.7
i. http://drupal.org/project/imagenotes
b. Only the member who uploaded the image should be able to annotate the image

3. Guests/members should be able to sort/search images
a. i.e. Top Rated, Latest Uploaded, etc.
