Paid Drupal services

We are seeking an advanced Drupal themer to mentor our in-house developer through the theming of our site beginning in March. We are intending to launch April 1st and are finishing the functionality up this month to be ready to dedicate March to theming.

We will be starting from a Photoshop design and will be needing someone who can mentor, guide, advise, and be just plain helpful to our guy on an as needed basis. We are new to Drupal, as is our developer. Naturally, he has PHP, HTML, and SQL experience but he is new to the PHP template engine and CSS.

We would expect that the mentor would be available by e-mail, Skype, or phone (we would pay any phone charges) within 24 hours of a request from our developer. Assistance could be anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours depending on the question or current challenge. We would expect a mentor to guide and advise our developer through the theming process, answer questions, and in some cases, demonstrate solutions or methods. Given the nature of this job, we would like to establish an hourly rate and round actual effort up to the nearest 10 minutes (meaning that a 5 minute discussion would be paid for 10 minutes or an 18 minute Skype chat would be paid for 20 minutes). Obviously, we'll need to figure out how to track effort honestly and make it work for both parties.

I am moving it to Drupal. We have a fresh Drupal install for you to work on.

I need someone to move the content from one site to the other - preserving the original URL - we will be using pathauto for this.

NABUUR.com is a place on the Internet that connects neighbours (people that want to take action now for the benefit of people in developing countries) with Villages (people in need of knowledge, contacts, and new ideas to improve their lives).

Our current website does not work the way it should be working, therefore the help of Local Representatives, Facilitators, Neighbours and staff is very much needed to develop a website that does contains the tools and functionalities required to make projects more effective.

We are very motivated with what can be achieved with drupal but we really need some help and since we are a non-profit we are looking for volunteers.

We are happy to work with people that want to apply their newly acquired knowledge in Drupal in practice during the development of our new website
