I have a pretty large drupal site and just recently in the past 3 weeks out of nowhere it seems the site will become inaccessible because mysql hangs. When this happens the load reaches 50-150+ and the site is obviously inaccessible.

I can't out find why this is happening suddenly.

I'm seeking a drupal expert who is experienced in troubleshooting these type of issues with drupal installations, who is also capable of identifying and permanently fixing these type of issues.

I'm new to Drupal and I'm having a hell of a time getting everything configured exactly how I want it to be. I have the basics, but I just don't have the time to try and figure out or decipher what some of the documentation is talking about. I am looking for people who can take a design in photoshop format, with layers etc, and break it down into a theme for Drupal. The theme would need to be made in a sensible way so that we have blocks for side and bottom content etc. We have a load that need to be done.

Naturally we are ready to pay for this work. I'm guessing that it will cost upwards of $200 (£100) for a theme to be developed. If anyone is interested please reply to this post. If you know of anyone or any companies offering this please post their details.
