We're currently redesigning our website and moving to drupal as the backend. I have two Photoshop PSDs of the design (1 main page, 1 for subpages). I'm looking for an experienced drupal developer to create the appropriate templates out of these two images using the proper CSS, coding, etc.

I have experience with html, css, and web development but I'm relatively new to drupal. I would require the developer to do most of the work while helping me understand the logic in the templates so that I can manage it moving forward.

Need a graphic designer with experience with Flash and/or DHTML. Other useful skills/experience: PHP, HTML layout, CSS, Drupal themes.

Some of the things we need:

• Logo and header image design
• Dynamic ad display (tasteful, slow transitions) to go in site header. (Flash or other)
• Intro block showing off site features, with links to tutorials. Again, tasteful, slow transitions. (Flash or other)

Please provide samples of work, if possible.
