Paid Drupal services

I hope you are well. Essentially a client of mine who has an international presence is looking to bring in a Drupal Themer / Front End Dev for an initial 10 week contract to work on a global project with a number of other high quality developers.

The head quarters are based in Surrey (Short journey from Waterloo) where you will spend 2/3 days each week; the remaining days will be spent in another office based in central London where you will work in conjunction with the design team.

Ideally they are looking for somebody to start on the 29/09/2014.

And was wondering if any web developers out there could give me an estimate on what they would charge for making a few slight modifications to it for my website. i drew some crude photos of what im looking for and as for re-distributing it to the community i wouldn't care.

I've done lot of drupal coding few years ago but have been out of touch so unable to do this myself -- I basically need following:

1) A custom module with few fields -- that I can easily copy and rename to other custom modules
2) An admin role and screen for that role that only allows editing of People, content, blocks & appearence -- hide everything else
