Drupal 4.7.x

I'm trying to find a way to group taxonomies. What I'd like to do is be able to have a node and attach multiple groups of taxonomies like so:

The taxonomy structure would represent a string code of data in the following form:
Grade - Subject - Strand - Concept - PO

An example of what I need to do would look like

Node : Document 1
Taxonomy Group 1 : 5 - Reading - Grammar - Usage - 521
Taxonomy Group 2 : 4 - Math - Algebra - Word Problems - 638

I want to create a view that returns one node type for one Organic Group. I see in the views arguments that the group nid can be used but I'm really struggling to get this working.

Can anyone help?

I have a requirement which is as follows:

For a form I have to make the select time field.

One dropdown for selecting hours and one more for selecting minutes.

So I am displaying form using the drupal form system.

But the fields are getting displayed one below the other.

But the hours and minutes dropdowns are to be displayed side by side.

How to do this using drupal?

just above the footer, i see a cut out code for google analytics. I have probably put in somewhere and then later removed it and put it in the footer block. But now i can not remember where it was so i can do a clean removal of that code.
