robots.txt and unfriendly bots

My logs are full of "Page Not Found" errors. Most of these are coming from requests for robots.txt

I get about 70 errors for robots.txt ina 24 hour period, anywhere from 2 to 6 in an hour, almost every hour of the day.

I'm also periodically getting the same requests for pages that don't exist in my URL path chains (but possibly may have done so by mistake - but I can't remember).

I also have a spammer, who uses my contact form to send me odd messages. (I'm testing the captcha module, but there seem to be issues with it and it makes me nervous...)

Big Project for Drupal Expert

I'm sorry, but I must be scant on details until you sign an NDA, but this project represents a good amount of money for anyone willing to undertake it. The previous guy who was working on it had to quit in the middle because of a contract he had with another prior client prevented him from having enough time to do both projects.

So please, don't even think about this unless you're willing to commit to finishing it. I prefer to go through RAC, here's the bid request:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_query()

Hi all,

sorry for the blast but I did a search and can't find the right solution for me. The closest thread I saw was "to install PEAR" (http://drupal.org/node/1400) which I already did but I still got this error. One thing I am not quite sure is what PEAR package I need to install since there are many of them.

Anyway, I wonder if someone has run into similar problem and how to solve it. I'm not new to PHP but quite a rookie on Drupal so please take it easy on me.

Thanks

Stanley

Show user contact form in another page

Hello,

I am trying to display the user contact form at the bottom of certain node-types (flexinode), so that the visitor can easily contact the service provider they are after.

I am using code from this post: Including another page in your node (or another page)

I am using this code in my flexinode-1.tpl.php
