If I am looking at things correctly the regexp used in system 178 upgrade (that adds the "/" to links during the 4.6-> 4.7 upgrade) is missing the capability to upgrade links which have apostrophes rather than quotes. The code only upgrades href="..." NOT href='...' - which is what I expereinced during my upgrade.
Instead of =\" I believe that should have =(\'|\") to handle either setting???
I have 3 questions and i would like that all of you could help me.
1) I have a desktop software (maked in powerbuilder, like a delphi software) that calls my drupal website, and in this software i need that the user could be authenticated to be able to navigate around the site, post forum topics, post comments ... Does exist a way i can obtain this? Im trying to do this with CURL, but i not obtain any sucess. (i see this article http://drupal.org/node/80548).
I was wondering if there is a way to require users to fill out the "image Description" field, of the tinymce image editor, when adding pictures, so the web pages will validate as xhtml? As is you don't have to fill out anything, except the image path to get a picture added to your page.
I give up on trying to figure out Drupal. I'd like hire someone to do some tweaks to my website and
upgrade it to 5.1 and some minor database optimizations because I keep getting blank pages in
the admin area and have to hit the reload button several times. I want to change the layout of
EclipseMagazine.com to be more like a regular news site like cnn.com or msnbc.com, or the NY Observer
or "blog network" layout like (the bottom of joystiq.com where they have the multicolumn blocks that highlight
Weblog Network blogs).
