Drupal 4.7.x

Is there a way to deny images from other sites. I'd like images uploaded to my site to work, but not others.

ie
[img src="http://www.mysite.com/pic.jpg"]
will show fine, but

[img src="http://www.anothersite.com/pic.jpg"]
will be stripped.

this is probably really simple, but I can't seem to find the answer.

I have the following problem,
I have to try to replicate an installation that is in production doing the following thing:

I am getting loads of error messages like this -

“Duplicate entry '768150' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO accesslog (title, path, url, hostname, uid, sid, timer, timestamp) values('Events', 'event/2006/09/16/day', '', '66.249.70.228', 0, 'e0cb8d80cdd5c40fb38b8c1c932d5754', 468, 1183620941) in /home/healhead/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 121.”

They all relate to '768150' in accesslog.

Silly me, I've been waiting for Drupal 5.2 before updating my (fairly high volume) 4.7.x installation. Does anyone know if Drupal 5.2 just around the corner, or should I just use the 5.1-dev snapshot?

Earlier I've always waited until the x.x.3 release (e.g. 4.6.3, 4.7.3) before upgrading, just to make sure that the release was stable enough and had my 3rd party modules.
