So, I´m basically working day after day with both versions, and I can see that 5.2 has many improvements. I´m not a developer, so, I´m surely missing many cool changes because I cannot appreciate them. I´m just talking from the final admin (non tech?) view.
I use Drupal 4.7 with Tinymce as my WYSIWYG editor. I've just created a forum for users to have online discussions.
It does not appear to be obvious to all of my users how to create a url link in a post. They are not figuring out how to highlight the link in their post, then use the "link" button in Tinymce to paste in the appropriate url. I did not expect this to be a problem, but since they are not immediately catching on, I'd like to make it easier for them.
I think they are expecting the urls to automatically show up as links, as would happen in Microsoft Word.

I'm looking to setup 2 identical drupal environments - one for staging (where content authors will edit their content) and a live one where the www site will be viewed.
I'm currently investigating options for this, has anyone any thoughts and potential solutions for this?
