Drupal 4.5.x or older

I am on the links page and I want to add my blog, however it says locked. How do I unlock it?

Also, if I created a blog and I want to delete the whole blog, how do I do that?

I'm doing a couple websites using Drupal for the first time.

I would like to know the best way to add a page to the site and then quickly add a link to that page on the main navigation bar that shows across the top of the screen. I know how to get to the links page. But I don't know where to look for the page that I created.

I'm going a bit loopy trying to sort this out...Can anyone help.

I can't edit the configuration of any of my input formats and I can't insert HTML of any kind using any of the 3 default input formats.

I have setup everything correct and have allowed access to the right users for the right input formats but I'm still stuck.

I'm using simple html for testing but this still doesn't work - even adding <strong>test</strong> doesn't work in full html mode.
