Is Drupal Just as Easy as Wordpress

Kansas City SEO

Looking to possibly convert to Drupal. I am ready to build.

I am new to Drupal having met a Drupal Evangelist who swears by the software!

So I currently have my Kansas City SEO site and it is in wordpress. I am wondering if Drupal will be better and is it fairly easy to learn?

Also, can someone possibly help build it or train me? Will hire of course.

ECommerce Custom Download Area

I'm looking for a module that would work with eCommerce, Ubercart or standalone to help me sell custom file downloads.

The idea would be the customer pays for a custom .jpg file and specifies on checkout what they'd like included in the art work. I then create the .jpg file upload it to an area only they can access when logged in and let them know via an 'order completed' setting.

Is it possible to sell custom downloads as oppose to having to specify the name and location of a download file linked to a specific product?

Spoiler - Hide part of node content

Hi people,
your help is really appreciated!

What I try to do
I want to hide a part of my node's content (which is a google map) so visitors only see the rest of the node's content. I want to require them to do something (i.e. klick a link or hover over an object or ...) and THEN they see the whole node. ==> like a spoiler function

Drupal Security: How to recognize you've been hacked?

Security is a major concern on production sites, so I'd like to know the following:

  • How do you security-audit your drupal driven website?
  • How do you realize that you've been hacked?
  • What are the most common attack vectors used and how can I harden my installation in regard to that?
  • Is there some a security-related checklist for drupal installations?

jQuery AJAX page loads for MENU_LOCAL_TASKs?

Hello, I'm interested in getting my drupal setup to load MENU_LOCAL_TASKs via ajax without re-loading the entire page.

Modules used in profile

You know what drupal.org needs? A thing in your profile where you can add projects listed under drupal.org/projects that you actively use on your sites. Kind of like 'my favourite modules' or perhaps modules that you vouch for, or are interested in. I think it would be useful.
