Where can I edit the html to print out the labels in the first column and the filters in the second column instead of rows?

I need to insert an online hotel reservation in a drupal website do you think it s easy ? is there some plugins ?
I need to know how much free rooms the hotel have and if somebody books a room online decrease the total

Ok for all the technical gurus this is probably a simple question but its something that we dont know how to figure out!

i am not that techno savy

we had a website in drupal

the husband decided to update from 9 to 10
he turned the website offline by going to site configeration/maintainence

now he cant figure out how to get back in to turn the website back on and install the updates

so any help on that would be greatly appreciated!
