TinyMCE 3.2.1 Anomaly &LT encoding when editing

I am trying to publish an entry to an FAQ system we have built up. This entry contains
some text and a table containing the HTML code. The HTML code is meant for beginners
on how-to implement a frameset-redirect.

This is how it looks in the editor screen. A grey table containing the HTML code I wish to post online.

When I post it online, it looks like this in my FAQ:

So far so good,
but when I want to go back to this entry and edit it, the HTML code is interpreted all of the sudden.
I believe this has to do with < and > encoding, but I cannot seem to find a solution :(

Help is greatly appreciated:

Cheers guys

Profile requests

Just installed a new Drupal website and this is the first time I became aware of the profile option.
Looked through the profiles and could not find one suitable for me therefore thought it might be usefull to suggest one.

Club Profile

To be used for clubs

Should allow:
1. Forum for all users.
- user accounts to also store contact and other membership information
- Must have the ability to send new posts via email to all users
- Even better if users can post to form via email (as Yahoogroups does)
2. Web content editor accounts for those that will assist in Website
3. News Feed that allows specific users to submit news items to News Manager for approval and publishing with RSS feed
4. Chairmans Blog (or in our case Commododres Blog for a Yacht Club)
5. Events Calendar (Allowing permissions to add entries to a few)
6. Room booking Calendar
7. Documentation section for Constitution, Byelaws and other documents normally associated with Clubs
8. Accounts system to allow Treasurer to easily manage Bookkeeping
9. Shopping Trolley to purhcase Club clothing online
- or pay club accounts online
- or book a venue and pay for it.
10. Photos Section for sharing and/or selling photos online
11. For sale Section (Sell your yacht/car/junk etc.)
12. Results section (in our case for race results)
13. External links section

All I can think of for now

Advice on Collapsing post and post dating

Does anyone know of a module or code that can mimic the collapsible feature in which www.slickdeals.net has in place? there are some on the forum that doesn't mimic this exact function. Basically the function is when you click on a post it will expand the post or contract it.

Secondly, is there a module or code that will allow you to divide up the posts by dates like slickdeals as well? So if you post everything under Nov 1, 2009, it'll fall under that date and before that will be Oct 31...so on and so forth?

create Advanced Polls as adminsitrator or member

Does anyone know if Advanced Poll can support poll creation by members as well as administrators. I'm looking for a membership website where the members can manage their own polls. I haven't found any plug in/module that provides this functionality.
