I'm running an older version of drupal, I believe it's 4.5.5 or so but I don't know because I can't find anywhere where it displays what version I'm running. I started out on 4.4.something and I've upgraded several times over the past year. Not all of the upgrades have been successful but for various reasons I had to keep the site going even though everything wasn't working right. Now I'm at a point where a lot of stuff is broken and I'm pretty sure it's because of things that have broken in the upgrade process at one point or another.
While I adapted a Drupal theme for my business web site, this is my first adoption of Drupal for my own "from scratch" design.
Let me tell you ... I'm new to Drupal, but this is going to take a lot of work out of site maintenance. The less work I have to do to update content (such as making the site owner do it), the better.
Im stuck with MySQL 4.1.x so I had to go with Drupal 4.5. (to my understanding).
It's up an running, but im having a few woes.
1) I created a test user, but cannot delete it. I press delete, and it just reloads the page. I also am unable to change its password, or log in using that account.
2) The same thing happens why I try to post a forum message (using the main account). The page reloads, with my entered subject/body zapped trying both submit, and preview.
I haven't installed the spam-module yet, but in the meantime I was wondering of there is any way to "bulk delete" comments sitting in my approval queue (I'd be more than happy to just delete every comment waiting for approval).
