Drupal 4.5.x or older

Hey guys, I seem to have inherited a drupal 4.5.x system and I'm going to make a new skin for it but out of curtousy I'd like to upgrade their system to the new 4.7.2.

I went through the upgrade procedure directly to 4.7.2 and no cigar.

I get all the way to running update.php and it just sits there at a blank white page. I did go in and change the $access_check = FALSE;

Just wondering if any of our USA based Drupallers have played around with google checkout. I only found this tentative mention of trying google checkout on here.

I had a quick look at the information for sellers but quickly discovered it's USA only, so I couldn't try it out.

Am I right in thinking they are simply taking on paypal?

I had a web designer code up my site, and have no experience with drupal. For the past half year or so the member photos have not been showing up in the web community. I am willing to pay $20 if someone can fix this.

cam across this earlier and thought I'd share...it's an interesting way to resize images using font sizes. in other words, you can "scale" your images in such a way where they don't break your layout..

Hi,

I have taken off the admin block on the main page and all other pages. I have also taken off the comments bits on the bottom of the pages so I am unable to login into the admin page that way.

I have also tired doing it via http://10.6.0.100/drupal/?q=admin/block but it says Access denied and dosn't ask me for a user/pass.

So I have pritty much locked myself out of my site!! Please can someone let me know if there is away round this to login into the admin site.
